The aim of the Cycle Africa Expedition is to complete a continuous cycle through Africa beginning in Glasgow and finishing in Capetown.

The Gambia, Sierra Leone, Ghana, Nigeria, Cameroon, Rwanda, Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Mozambique, Malawi, Zambia, Botswana, Namibia, South Africa, Swaziland and Lestho.
Method of Transport
The majority of this expedition will be completed by bicycle.
